Dual speed temperature control triggering mechanism

The electronic fan monitors the coolant temperature through a temperature sensor near the water tank. When the water temperature rises to 90℃, the fan starts in low-speed mode; If the temperature continues to rise to 95 ℃ or the engine is in a high load state (such as climbing or dragging), switch to high-speed mode. Stop operating when the temperature drops to the range of 85-90 ℃.

Air conditioning forced start logic

Regardless of the water temperature, as long as the air conditioning compressor is started, the electronic fan will immediately be forced to operate (usually in high-speed mode) to ensure the heat dissipation efficiency of the air conditioning condenser.

Integrated management of control units

The temperature control signal is processed by the engine control module (ECM) or an independent temperature controller, and the fan relay is turned on and off through circuit adjustment.
